Organization to Develop Soft-Skill


As a student, you must have many activities at your university. Some people active in politics, art, sport, or ect. Beside study at the class, doing other activity can add your passion. Active in organization is one of the good way to develop our soft-skill.
First of all, in organization you must know new people to be your partner. If you are active in organization that you never know the people there before, you can make a new friendship. You can share many information about anything. You can add your education from different major background of your friends. Second, you can learn about character of your friend. You will learn how to respect each other to make a good relationship. In organization, every people will adapt to survive with their organization. Every people work in pair in organization, so we have to decrease our ego to get our objective. For example, to organize an event, there are a leader, co-leader, secretary, event division, logistics division, ect. Every people have jobdescription to do. Not all of them can lead others depend on what they want. There is a system that every people have to obedient. People who join in organization will common to respest each other. Next, people who join organization will tought when there’s a problem. People who usually doing many deadline in their organization, often doing their deadline with pressure. This pressure is a thing to train the people to common with many task. When people jump to the real work in their company, they have common if there’s deadline. Last, people who active in organization usually have high respest with other. They will see they friend as their family. For instance, when you aren’t see your friends, you will ask where they are, and why they are not come, ect.

Your activity beside study at the class is one important thing before you jump to the society. It’s clear that active in organization is one of the good way to develop our soft-skill.
